1. License of Use (Free Components)

Components listed under the "Free" category are available under a permissive license (similar to MIT). You can copy, modify, and use them in personal and commercial projects without attribution.

2. PRO Components (Paid)

PREMIUM

Access to components marked as PRO requires a paid plan or the acquisition of a commercial license.

  • Once a PRO component is acquired, you can use it in unlimited projects.
  • STRICTLY PROHIBITED: Redistributing, reselling, or creating a competing gallery using the source code of the PRO components.
  • PRO component source code updates will be available as long as your license remains active.

3. Warranty and Liability

The code of The UI Factoryis provided "as is". Since our model is based on copy-paste, you are ultimately responsible for how the code is integrated into your project. We are not responsible for production bugs arising from the modification or incorrect implementation of our components in third-party ecosystems.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the immaterial and digital nature of our product (instantly accessible source code), all sales of components or PRO plans are final and non-refundable once access to the repository or code has been granted. By making the purchase, you explicitly agree to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal applicable in the European Union for digital goods.
